Custom Request Process

1. Submit Your Request

• Fill out the personalized request form with your details, including:
  • Your name
  • Contact information (email/phone)
  • Custom design preferences (colors, themes, etc.)
  • Any design ideas you have in mind (e.g., a pet, a favorite phrase, a beloved character, a symbol, a birthday, a loved one's name, favorite sport, etc.)
  • Shoe type / Shoe size
  • Reference images or inspiration for your design.

2. Review and Confirmation

• Once you submit your request, I will review the details provided.
• You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your request.

3. Initial Consultation

• We’ll schedule a brief consultation (via email or message) to discuss your ideas and preferences further.
• I may ask for more details or clarification to ensure your vision is captured.

4. Design Proposal

• After the consultation, I will create a preliminary design concept based on your input.
• You will receive a visual mockup of the design for your approval.

5. Unlimited Revisions

• Your satisfaction is my priority! You can request unlimited revisions to ensure the design perfectly matches your vision.
• Review the design proposal and provide feedback until you're completely happy with it.

6. Approval and Payment

• Once you approve the final design, you will receive an invoice for the final cost.
• Full payment is required to proceed with the customization.

7. Creation Process

• Your personalized design will take 1-3 days to complete.
• I will keep you updated on the progress throughout the creation process.

8. Final Review

• Sneak Peek or Surprise
  If you want to see a photo of the finished shoe before it's packaged and shipped, just let me know! If not, it will be a surprise, and I hope to see your reveal reaction video!

9. Delivery

• Once finished, I will ship your customized sneakers to the address provided.
• You will receive tracking information to follow your order’s journey.

10. Enjoy Your Custom Design

• Once you receive your personalized sneakers, enjoy your unique design!
