1. How does the custom design process work?
After placing an order, you'll have the opportunity to provide design details through the personalized request page. We'll work closely with you to develop a custom design that reflects your vision. You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the final concept. Once you approve the design, I will order the shoes and start the customizing process when they arrive.
2. How long does it take to customize a pair of shoes?
Once the shoes are delivered to me, the customization process will take 1-3 days to complete. After that, shipping will take approximately 4-5 weeks.
3. Can I see the design before shipping?
Yes! If you’d like, I can send a photo of the completed shoes before they are packaged and shipped. Otherwise, the final product will be a surprise, and I'd love to see your reaction through a reveal video!
4. Can I personalize the design with text or symbols?
Absolutely! You can upload custom text (such as a name, quote, or phrase) and add specific elements like pets, favorite characters, symbols, or sports logos. I want to ensure your sneakers are a true reflection of your personality or the special occasion they represent.
5. Do you offer revisions if I want to change the design?
Yes, I offer unlimited revisions during the design process. You’ll have the chance to review the design and suggest changes until you’re completely satisfied with the final look.
6. What type of shoes do you customize?
I work with authentic, high-quality shoes like Nike Air Force 1s (AF1). If you have another specific shoe in mind, feel free to contact me to discuss options.
7. Are the shoes you use authentic?
Yes! I source all shoes from authorized retailers. I do not resell shoes, but instead, I customize them once they are delivered to me.
8. What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once the design process begins or the shoes have been ordered, cancellations may not be possible, but I will do my best to accommodate your request.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.
